Remember!

1. The email address you use to purchase these subscriptions MUST BE THE GOOGLE ACCOUNT address you wish to use with Cyborg Llama.
2. You will receive a receipt from our reseller, Paddle, at the same Google Account address you used for purchase. 
3. It may take up to 1 hour from the time you receive your receipt for licensing to be conferred.
4. You will be able to access your licensed version of CL by going to www.cyborgllama.info and clicking "Go to App".
5. If, after 1 hour, your license still displays as "free", please refer to this troubleshooting entry.
6. If you are purchasing an Institution Subscription: after receiving licensing, you will need to follow the directions here to confer licensing to your teachers.

The 'fine' print:

Subscriptions fees pay for licensing for 1 primary, and multiple secondary users (what are 'primary' and 'secondary' users?) 
The primary user should be the person purchasing the subscription.  If you wish to purchase a subscription on behalf of someone else, you should look at "Institution Subscriptions".
All subscriptions come with a trial period.  If you do not want to be charged, you can cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.  After the trial period ends, you will automatically be charged.  The monthly or yearly subscription charge will continue to recur automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before its renewal date.  Renewal reminders will be sent to the subscribing email address.  You can cancel your subscription at anytime.
